The main preassembly of the special-shaped truss space structure project was successfully completed

► Recently, the special-shaped truss space structure project undertaken by our company successfully completed the main pre-assembly.

► As a complex three-dimensional surface modeling project, the project has high technical requirements: it covers an area of more than 2,200 square meters, the top elevation is 8.9 meters, the height of the eaves structure is 4 meters, and the total consumption of steel structure is 200 tons. Its core design highlight is a 14-meter diameter ring daylighting roof, extending outward through a spiral radial layout, with a maximum radius of 28 meters.

► The project innovatively adopts differentiated construction technology: the inner and outer ring structure adopts rectangular square pipe bending technology, in which the outer ring is precisely spliced into a circle through 8 customized curved steel beams, and the center ring adopts hot bending molding process to achieve high-precision curved surface modeling.

This kind of special-shaped space structure has high requirements for component processing accuracy and on-site assembly coordination, and the successful implementation of this project has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of similar high-end customized projects.
